Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Reporting To: Operations Manager

Educational qualification: 

• Undergraduate or Graduate (Bachelors Degree/Equivalent) from any stream.

Career Level:

• Fresher or 6 months experience of data entry

Job Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Web Applications/Internet will be essential.
• Typing speed - Minimum 26-30 wpm.
• Attention to details & able to concentrate for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Practical experience of working in the MIS field will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibility:

• Providing back office support
• Entering offline data into the system with high accuracy level

Duties & Tasks:

• Responsible for the updating & data capture of new business, Additions, Lapses, Claims on Goldmine (Database system) and Claims system for international and regional insurance.
• Understand and capture customer / claims data from the scanned application form as well as the claim forms on to Goldmine (Database system) / Claims system and maintain a high level of accuracy while recording the same.
• Email the scanned application & other documents to the service provider.
• Regular correspondence via mail with the Dubai team
• Should abide by the “Data Protection Policy” of Lifecare International
• Responsible for maintaining the ISO objective set for this Department.
