Qualifications
- A master’s degree in business administration or a related field, a Postgraduate Diploma in marketing or a related field will be considered in lieu of an MBA
- At least 10 years experience in business development, 3 of which have been in a managerial position
- Skill and experience in managing a large team
- Exceptional strategy development skills
- Experience in developing budgets and administering finances
- Exceptional interpersonal and organization skills
Channel Managers
The Channel Manager will lead the team of account managers in commercial operations, implementing the commercial strategy together with her/his team.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field a master’s degree. A master’s degree in business related studies is preferable.
- At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing, 2 of which have been in a leadership role.
- Skills in formulating sales strategies and contract negotiation
- Motivational skills and strong interpersonal relations
Account Managers
The Account Manager will build a steady client portfolio, establishing strong relationships between the company and the client.

- A bachelor’s degree in business marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in sales and marketing is required
- Assertiveness and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision
