- ADVERTISING MANAGER (1) POST
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the officer will be in-charge of advertising and sales team and perform the following duties:-
- Lead and manage a big advertising sales team in achieving targets and other set objectives
- Devising competitive strategies to grow and retain our market share
- Formulation, interpretation and implementation of advertising policies of the Organization
- Continuous training, mentorship and motivation of sales representatives
- Ensuring good relationship between the organization, advertisers and their agencies locally and internationally to maximize business potential
Requirements for Appointment
- Degree preferably in Marketing from a reputable University. Masters in Business Administration (Marketing Option/strategic planning) or any other relevant Post Graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience at a senior level in a large organization preferably in fast moving consumer goods organization.
- Experience in Media organization will be an added advantage
- Ability to use Marketing intelligence and tactical concepts in getting value out of a big sales team
- Excellent communication and motivational leadership skills
- Ideally aged between 35 – 45 years.
