Reporting to the Senior Human Resource and Administration Officer, the Human Resource and Administration Officer will be responsible for:
Verification of Information relating to recruitment, Appointment, Transfers
Maintaining staff database and complement control.
Supervising and guiding other staff in the section.
Implement Staff Training, Development, welfare and Safety and Health policies.
Review of Human Resource and Administration procedures and guidelines.
Administration of Board’s assets and other related administrative duties.
Requirements for Appointment
A Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences/Business//Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
A Post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management;
At least three (3) years experience in a similar position in a reputable organization;
Demonstrated high degree of professional competence and Administrative ability in handling HR and Administrative functions;
Be fluent in English and Kiswahili
Must be computer literate.
Must be a Team player
