The company is looking for highly motivated, proactive and service-oriented individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Outgrowers Services Superintendent
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will provide technical leadership and direction in the area of sugarcane production.
She/he will manage the resources of Agriculture department effectively and lead technology evaluation and dissemination in collaboration with other stakeholders within our growing zone.
Qualifications and work experience
Be the age of between 30 and 40.
BSc. in Agriculture or Agronomy or Agriculture Economics or Agribusiness Management.
Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.
Be computer literate.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, well-developed communication and analytical skills.
Demonstrate good leadership qualities, ability to solve problems and maintain confidentiality.
Clean motor vehicle Driving License will be an added advantage.
2. Agricultural Services Supervisor
Reporting to Outgrowers Services Superintendent, the person will assist the sugarcane farmers to increase yields at cost-effective rates by coordinating sugarcane production, harvesting and transportation in a manner that ensures optimum returns on investment.
Qualifications and work experience
Between 25 and 35 years.
Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Be computer literate.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to enhance teamwork and harmony.
Be willing to work under pressure.
Clean Motorbike Driving License will be an added advantage.
3. Accounts Clerk
Reporting to the Accountant, the person will assist the accountant to keep proper record of books of accounts.
Qualifications and work experience
Be the age of between 25 and 35.
Minimum of C (plain) in KCSE with a C in Mathematics and English.
CPA I professional qualification a MUST.
Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
Demonstrate honesty and integrity.
Be computer literate.
Certificate in ICT will be added advantage.
