Marketing Executives Wanted

Marketing Executive

Reporting to Operations Manager

Responsibilities
1.     Servicing various accounts and all correspondences pertaining to these accounts.
2.     Develop and Maintain new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with operations manager. 
3.     Advising Employers on the progress of their Recruitment/Training and making sure that the Recruitment Consultants meet their deadlines.
4.     Advising Employers on other services that they may require.
5.     Creating awareness on new products developed by the company
6.     Handling promotional activities.
7.     Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts by main market sector and products.
8.     Servicing existing accounts invoicing them and following up their recruitment process to the end.
9.     Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
10.  Handling customer queries i.e. customer care
11.   Sending invoices to follow up on payment/debt collection clients.
12.  As the face of Career Link to the Public, offer public relations services on behalf of the company in various marketing forums
13.  Manage the external marketing activities of telemarketing and research.

Requirements
§    Diploma in Marketing
§    1 year experience in selling services
§    2 years experience in sales as a whole
§    Computer literacy
§    Driving

Competencies
§    Good understanding of selling services and its intricacies.
§    Strong Business relationship/service skills for client relationship building, solution sales, and securing new businesses
§    Excellent Communication Skills
§    Good organizational and administrative skills
§    Excellent analytical and numerical skills
