Key responsibilities:
· Oversee all operation and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.
· Ensure that clients get the highest standards of service.
· Prepare work schedule.
· Team driver toward increased productivity.
· Select market supplies with the most competent prices.
· Delegate and control department budgets.
· Set up standards of operation.
· Implement measures for waste control.
· Control payroll and business expenses
· Analyze market Trends
Key qualifications:
· Degree in Hotel Management
· Should have at least 5 years and must have previously held a similar position.
· Must be computer literate with a solid knowledge of accounting packages like sage, pastel or quick books
Personal Attributes:
· Honest, Reliable and Self Driven.
· Good command in written English
· Able to work for a long hours
· Customer oriented
