Job Title                       HR Services Marketer

Reports to the Managing Consultant:

Business Objectivesv  Sustainable growth of the agency’s business
v  Market leadership and dominance
v  Increased financial turnover and profitability
v  Increased technical competence and client service delivery
v  Organizational development and management

Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
v  Ensure optimum return on investment and increase in market share
v  Represent Agency in Client –agency contracts and networking to secure new business
v  Responsible for the implementation of company sales goals and objectives
v  Advice and make regular inputs into the current and future corporate strategy of the organisation

Preferred Educational Requirements
v  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Social sciences.
v  An MBA or professional qualification in any area of Marketing or HR will be an added advantage


Desired Experience
v  5 years experience in senior managerial role in marketing of services or offering HR solutions.

Competencies
v  Proficiency in the techniques, processes and practice of marketing services in the Kenyan Market
v  Strong Business relationship/service skills for client relationship building, solution sales, and securing new businesses
v  Excellent Communication Skills
v  Good organizational and administrative skills
v  Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Age preference
Not more than 45years old





Job Title:  Associate HR Consultant (3 months contract to relive the job holder on Maternity leave)

Reporting to the Managing Consultant:

Responsibilities:
v  Manage the implementation of Kimberly Ryan projects and in delivering of different solutions (Recruitment& Selection, Human Resources Systems, Surveys, Training & Development)
v  Report and proposal Writing
v  Serve as support to Marketing department in proffering solutions and occasionally attending client meetings
v  Supervise Admin, Front Office and House keeping.
v  Quality control of Documents and Reports
v  Articles and Newsletters.
v  Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management

Qualifications:

v  Bachelors degree in Business preferably with a HR specialization or social sciences
v  At least 2 years work experience with a minimum of one year HR experience
