We are a fast growing and dynamic construction & engineering company seeking to fill the following positions:-
Quantity Surveyors

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building Economics/Quantity Surveying or any other related field
• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in quantity surveying/bill preparation
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role; able to oversee projects
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS office and MS projects)
• Registration with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
• Post graduate qualifications in project management shall be an added advantage Project Engineers

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BSC/HND Civil/Structural Engineering or any other related field.
• Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience in end-to-end execution of large building & civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS office and MS projects)
• Have hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and tendering procedures
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role, fully in charge of a large project.
• Registration with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
• Post graduate qualifications in project management shall be an added advantage

Project Coordinators

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering or a construction related discipline
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS office and MS projects)
• Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience in end-to-end execution of large building & civil engineering projects.
• Have hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and tendering procedures
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role, fully in charge of a large project.
• Registration with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
• Post graduate qualifications in project management shall be an added advantage
