Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Reports To: Board of Directors
Job Purpose: To lead, grow and expand the business into the East African Region.
Main Accountabilities:
- To develop and implement the business strategy and objectives of the company;
- To develop and oversee implementation of company policies and procedures;
- To manage and account for the company’s resources;
- To ensure that the company meets it’s legal obligaons; and
- To act as an interface between the Board of Directors and staff
Essential
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years relevant working experience, 2 of these at senior management level in a reputable organisation
- Experience in development and implementation of an organisation strategic plan
- Financial understanding and computer skills
- Good understanding of the regional agriculture and seed sector in particular

Main Accountabilities:
- To develop and implement marketing plans
- To manage the Marketing department’s budget
- To advise management on current and future market needs based on market research.
- To drive sales initiatives and promotional activities
- To search for new markets in the region
- To establish potential partner relationships for the company.
Essential
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- 3-5 years’ relevant woddng experience
- Computer skills
- Good understanding of the regional agriculture and seed sector in particular
