ZOA is currently recruiting for a Programme Manager and a Project Manager as follows:
1-PROGRAMME MANAGER: Ref: PGM0610
Duty Station: Central Equatorial State, Terekeka or Juba County, Southern Sudan
Starting date: June, 2010
Post responsibilities: Overall and financial Management of the ZOA programme area, Formulation and directing the implementation of the Programme Plan, Human Resource Management for programme staff while stimulating good team spirit and Christian fellowship among programme staff, maintaining external and donor relationships, capacity strengthening of relevant counterparts / institutional structures and other overall responsibilities
Requirements: -degree in humanitarian development, management or other relevant field,
-at least 3 years successful experience in project management in similar contexts and responsibilities,
-well-informed in the relevant subjects areas with a good command of English
2-PROJECT MANAGER – FOOD SECURITY and LIVELIHOODS PROJECT Ref: PJM0610
Duty Station: Central Equatorial State, Juba County, Southern Sudan
Starting date: June, 2010
The Project Manager will manage and coordinate the implementation of a Food Security Recovery Project in Central Equatorial State, Juba County This will involve provision of both technical and strategic leadership; ensuring efficient project development and management; ensuring that systems and procedures are in line with ZOA policies, ZOA strategy and donor legal requirements. The Project Manager reports to the Programme Manager
Requirements: - Degree in Agriculture, or Food Security/ Livelihoods Management or Humanitarian development or another relevant field -at least 3 years successful experience in project management preferably in Food Security settings -well-informed in the relevant subjects areas with a good command of English
