- Must have an experience of 10 years as a workshop manager for heavy duty vehicles and cranes in east Africa.
- Must be fluent in English and knowledge of Kiswahili will be an added advantage
- Must have a university degree in mechanical engineering and proven knowledge in hydraulics
- Must be computer literate and used to managing a team of 10 to 15 mechanics
- Must produce details of previous employers
