Professional Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering - Automotive
- Purchasing and Supplies or Material Management
- Stock control and stores management
Skills and attributes
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in automotive industry
- Confident talking to and assisting customers
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work as a team
- Basic computer skills
- Professional presentation and friend manner with a can do attitude
Job description
- Learning all aspects of parts department.
- Providing first point of contact for internal and external customers both face to face and over the telephone
- Feed the workshop for the repair of customer vehicles
- Receive and dispatch orders
- Stock location and maintenance
- General warehouse duties
- Identify parts and numbers
- Keeping accurate records on the in house date base for invoicing and replenishment of stock
