A. Group Finance Functions
- Oversee and assess each business unit to ensure compliance to legislation, systems and processes
- Manage all financial and performance reporting
- Manage business planning and forecasting processes
- Timely financial reporting schedule to ensure information is reviewed and challenged as necessary
- Consolidating/reporting on monthly basis
- Company standards achieved for internal and external communications
A. Group Finance Functions
- Ad hoc internal audit projects across the group
- Preparation of timely and accurate monthly consolidated management accounts for reporting to the Board
- Preparation of timely and accurate group annual budget including cash flow forecasts
- Management of the audit process and the production of the group statutory accounts
- Production of investment reports for quarterly reporting purposes
- Cash management across the group
- Tax reporting and compliance
- Motivating and leading a finance team
- Responsible for attending to the CEO’s duties as required
- Improving the reporting framework
- Improving systems and procedures
- Responsible for policy development
- Responsible for preparation of annual business development plan; as well as prepare annual work plan
- Will be responsible for defining and following up yearly targets and objectives
- Provide direction, guidance to the departments to ensure alignment with the company strategies
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in automotive industry
- Proactive self start with can do attitude who can operate both individual and as part of a team
- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning and business justification skills
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
- High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
- Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- Must have Professional Accounting training
- Should have minimum 4 years experience in accounts and administration environment
- Should have proven knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to accurately meet customer needs;
- Audit experience is an added advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access, Word)
- Experience in accounting software packages
