Job

  • Implement Board of Directors Policies and Strategic Plan.
  • Provide Strategic, prudent and tactical leadership in order to achieve approved financial operating goals and objectives.
  • Preparation of Annual Budgets and Cashflow projections for Board Approval.
  • Timely Supply of high quality Products to Customers.
  • Devise strategies to increase Product diversifications and Market Share.
  • Implement conducive corporate practices that attract, retain and motivate Staff.
  • Ensure accountability and optimum corporate performance results.
  • Maintain and Improve business relationship with all Stakeholders.
Candidate
  • Age Minimum 35 Years.
  • Holder of a Bachelors Degree from a recognized University in the following areas:-
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Computer Literate, Food Technology/Engineering are added advantages.
Experience
  • 5 Years in a Senior Management position in Fast Moving Highly Perishable Consumer Products industry.
  • Knowledge of Food Processing Technology.
  • Proven track record of successful Management and Implementation of Commercial Projects.
  • Ability and Capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Must have strong principled leadership, integrity and personal presence.
  • Must be result-oriented and have interpersonal skills.
