The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) received financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) towards the cost of Enhancing procurement Reforms and Capacity Project (EPRCP) in COMESA member States, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for procurement of consultant services.
The services are required in the fields of capacity building, Legislative reforms and Institutional strengthening, among
others.
