Lan-x Africa Ltd is an established business and management consultancy
company with reputable training using business simulations. Recently, it
has established Wealth Management Institute to focus on developing wealth
minded individuals through short training programs.
To address this new need, Lan-x Africa Ltd is looking for a Business
Development Manager to run Wealth Management Institute. The ideal
candidate should be:
a) A very motivated individual able to drive results by him/herself
b) Passionate about helping individuals to overcome poverty challenges
c) Able to develope and maintain excellent working relationships with
clients;
c) Able to manage attract, develop and retain a small team of equally
passionate individuals
d) Able to identify, assess, and train on different aspects of wealth
building
e) Powerful in presentation and development of training materials
including slides
f) Willing to begin small but ready to explode in a shortwhile
g) Able to design and implement appropriate solutions for businesses and
corporate organizations in need of such services.
The Person above should have a degree in business or social sciences with
proven experience in mobilizing and driving results.
