Skyweb Outsourcing Ltd is a Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing firm representing a multinational firm recruiting personnel for Fortune 100 companies globally.
We are looking for applications from qualified ICT personnel who are fluent in English, French,German, Spanish and Italian languages to work abroad on short term and long term contracts, which are renewable. Candidates should possess passports and be ready for quick relocation. Interviews are conducted on phone, via a web cam on the internet and through a SWOT analysis so as to match the attributes of the concerned candidate with the available opening.
The positions will be at the following levels of expertise - Project Managers, Technology Consultants, Business Analysts, Systems Programmers, Application Programmers; Database Administrators, Systems Support, Network Security, Information Analyst, Technology Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Testing Specialists, Trainers.
The consultants must be prepared to work anywhere in the world and must be prepared to share proof of their educational qualifications and experience.
Resume will be in MS Word format, (any other format is not accepted), with 3 references each (two peer and reporting managers) from their last three organisations. The purpose of this is to validate the experience of the resume particularly what is mentioned in roles and responsibilities and in environment column.
SWOT The purpose of this includes two things:Self appraisal of the consultants own strengthsSpecific knowledge and in-depth expertise of various tools and technologies mentioned in the roles and responsibilities.
One color passport photograph in any photo format, an email indicating specific start date and also geographies s(he) is prepared to work in(North America, Europe (including Russia, Romania, South America(Argentina, Brazil, Peru), Latin America (Mexico), Middle East, South Asia (predominantly India), APAC (including China, Korea and Japan) and AustraliaPassport status and any active work permits if any, marital status, contact information including contact numbers and email address.
