This is an exciting position that requires a mature, results oriented and self motivated individual.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate ability to network and inter phase at different levels.
He must also be able to take initiative and have a creative mindset.
The primary role of the successful candidate will be to generate new sales in line with set sales targets.
Main Responsibility
The main responsibilities for this position will be:
To generate new sales
Identify new opportunities for growth in their territory
Develop the divisions sales strategy for their territory
Monitor performance and institute corrective action
Customer retention.
Develop favourable business relationship with the customers.
Ensure customers contracted are satisfied with the services provided.
Provide market and customer Intelligence
Champion new product/service introduction in his/her area. Requirements
The ideal candidates for this position shall possess the following:
University Degree in business related discipline
Diploma in Sales and Marketing Experience
The candidate must also have at least 2 years experience selling in a challenging business environment preferably in a service industry.
The candidate shall also demonstrate their ability to conduct business with high net worth individuals and companies.
