Responsibilities:
Supervise and make sound and timely operational decisions within given parameters to ensure optimal utilization of ehicles, staff and other resources.
Key result areas will be:
Participation in preparation of budget and responsibility in revenue generation.
Plan and direct response to daily market changes.
Execute operational strategy.
Prepare accurate and timely reports on operational activities.
Continuous supervision of standards and discipline.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Degree from a recognized university.
Good computer skills.
Leadership, teamwork and communication skills essential.
At least 2 years experience specifically in transport and sales & marketing.
Supervision experience an added advantage.
