PRODUCT ASSISTANT-PREPAY VOICE

Reporting to the Prepay Product Manager-Voice, you will support the prepay voice section in achievement of Prepay outgoing voice revenue; prepay subscriber numbers and customer satisfaction through the development and implementation of insight led consumer propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of prepay voice outgoing revenue, subscriber numbers and usage
- Participate in the development of product strategy and tariff portfolio for Safaricom to drive brand preference differentiation and win the competitive battle.
- Act as an internal prepay product champion to support the prioritization of prepay product initiatives and concepts.
Minimum Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree preferably one with marketing modules with 2 -3 years hands on working experience.
- You will be highly organized, conscientious; detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You will be a team player with good communication skills and willing to lead initiatives.
- You will be able to generate new ideas and willing to support your point of view.
- You will be have a strong commercial awareness and be able to anticipate competition and consumer needs.
