We are seeking to recruit high calibre professionals for the above vacant position
This position is in the Guarding division.
Within the G4S structure, the District Manager forms part of the operational management team and will be involved in the day to day running of the business within their area of responsibility.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this position will include
Generating revenue by growing the business within his district
Managing the debt of his district by achieving cash collection targets.
Optimal and efficient utilization of resources.
Ensuring that cost within, the district are controlled as per the set limit.
Customer liaison.
Supervision of operational teams, particularly revenue earning employees in order to achieve business targets.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position shall possess the following qualifications:
University Degrees in a business related field.
A certificate in sales
At least two years experience in operational management, preferably from the service industry
Demonstrate ability in customer relationship management.
There is clear career progression and very attractive commission
structure for this position,
Both positions require excellent team players with good communication skills
