Nature and Scope of the Position
- The position reports to the Technical Manager.
- Selling of various service contracts to Xerox customers.
- Send appraisal reports to customer periodically.
- Working with the technical team to transition the old MIF.
- Providing Buyback solutions to customer with old copiers and printer.
- Conducting period customer survey to customer experience with our service.
- Owning a revenue target in contract and transition of the old MIF.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the XEROX products.
- Keeping abreast of what competitions are doing.
- To undertake other duties as and when requested.
- A demanding job that requires high level of accuracy and integrity
- Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of revenue target
- Reports on proposals and quotations done on weekly basis to the Technical Manager.
- Needs to plan ahead thus be pro- active
- High level of accuracy
- High level of confidentiality
