Required for Late August 2010
Savannah Plains International School is based just outside the rural town of Shinyanga, Tanzania. We are only 2 hours drive from Lake Victoria and just over 3 hours drive from the Serengeti. The school offers the British National Curriculum and will be offering Cambridge IGCSE from August 2010. As part of our expansion for August 2010 we require qualified and experienced practitioners for the above position.
The ideal candidateh for the teaching position will have previous experience in an international school or with British National Curriculum and Cambridge International Examinations and must possess a minimum qualification of a Bachelors Degree, have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience and be under 55.

Estate Manager

The Estate Manager must have prior experience managing a large staff team in cleaning, maintenance and landscaping.
He/She should also have sound experience of budget management. He/She will be responsible for the overall management of the school subsidiary staff and maintenance of the school facilities, equipment and vehicles.
Salary is competitive and dependant on experience and qualifications.
