A leading MFI with branches in major towns in Kenya is expanding its branch network and as a result it is seeking to fill the following positions.

Branch Manager
The position requires a mature person, who is self motivated and has the drive to grow business at branch level.
Minimum Requirements

• A degree in business administration or a Higher National Diploma with at least 5 years relevant experience or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the similar position in a busy commercial organization.
• Should be 28 years and above.
• Ability to organize a team, and work independently with minimum supervision.

Business Development Managers
The position requires a self motivated person with business acumen to develop, drive and manage business activities at the branch level.
Minimum Requirements

• A degree in commerce or business administration with bias in marketing, banking, or finance.
• At least 5 years experience, 2 of which should be in business development at senior level.
• Should be at least 28 years.
• Ability to manage, lead, motivate and develop a team

Loans Officer
This is a position that entails day to day documentation of clients’ credit requirements, analysis of financial position and drawing up the relevant conclusion.
Minimum Requirements

• A degree in commerce, business or its equivalent.
• Knowledge in banking and accounting/finance background
• 3 years experience
• Computer skills including the use of MS office
• Should be at least 27 years.

Accountant Assistant
The position will be required to provide support on a day to day basis to the financial and accounting functions of the company

Minimum Requirements

• A degree in business administration, CPA (II), ACCA or its equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in a busy commercial organization.
• Should be at least 27 years.
• Computer literate with superior understanding Ms excel.
• Ability to work under-pressure, meet strict deadlines and deliver accurate reports.
