Finance and Administration Manager


A well established with a solid financial base Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Limited is looking for Finance and Administration Manager

Job profile:

  • Implementing strategies to improve the quality of services rendered to members.
  • Reviewing and evaluating loan applications received from members.
  • Ensuring proper application of policy and lending criteria, systems and procedures
  • Ensure prompt loans recovery, dispatch and timely compliance by all members,
  • Issue statements on loan balances and share to all members
  • Ensure timely reconciliation and proper maintenance of financial statements
  • Monitor and track the utilization of operation expenditure against approved plans and ensures any variances are justified in accordance with approved policies and procedures
  • Provide effective supervision, training and development of staff
Qualification
  • A Kenyan citizen, aged 30-40 years, with a comprehensive financial management knowledge.
  • A university degree In Economics. Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related discipline as well as accountancy qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc)
  • Excellent management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations.
  • Possess good planning and communication skills and ability to develop the team.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient with Microsoft software.
