Job Title: Administrative Assistant


Brand Savvy, a fast growing Creative Agency seeks to recruit a top performing result oriented Administrative Assistant, to provide administrative and customer service support. Duties include general clerical, customer care and bookkeeping.

  • A proactive approach to duties assigned with good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration from a reputable examination body or other equivalent training
  • At least two (2) years relevant work experience
  • MS Office Suite proficiency and can use Quick books- Accounting software. Knowledge of other database software like Filemaker pro is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
  • Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping, preferably with CPA 1
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Set up and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system and databases.
  • Keep abreast of Company statutory obligations and ensure timely settlement.
  • Manage procurement procedures for supplies.
  • Manage HR policies and ensure compliance.
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Invoicing and follow up of outstanding accounts
  • Maintain and manage petty cash system
  • Carry out bank reconciliation
  • Maintain inventory of office consumables
  • Create regular reports for management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
