Radio Africa Limited is a media company with a focus on Radio, Television and Print media.
The company is made up of six radio stations, two TV Channels and one newspaper publication.
We are looking for a talented, energetic, ambitious and self motivated individual keen on a career enhancing opportunity, to fill the position of Traffic/Scheduling Executive.
Ref: HR 17/12/10
Reporting to the Traffic Coordinator, the incumbent will assist in ensuring that client and station advertisements run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving advertisement placement orders and ensuring timely system entries.
Ensure accurate client billing.
Interface with various team members, prepare advert schedules and roll out as per schedule.
Reconcile client billing against implemented schedule.
Act as liaison with the monitoring companies and confirm accuracy of received data.
Prepare and submit relevant reports to provide evaluation feedback.
Qualifications
University Degree preferably in a Mathematics related field
Professional training in a relevant field
1 to 2 Years' experience in a similar position preferably in the Media Industry
The Person
Should have excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
High proficiency in Maths is mandatory
Good knowledge of ICT is an added advantage.
