Madrasa Resource Centre Jobs in Kenya

Madrasa Resource Centre, Kenya (MRC,K), is an Early Childhood Development Program of the Aga Khan Foundation.

The MRC,K is looking for dynamic and creative individuals with strong Early Childhood Development skills and community mobilization skills to fill the following positions:-

Admin Asst
(1 Post)

Qualifications
A diploma in Administration or related field.
A diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
A t least 1 – 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an NGO/CBO.
Personal Skills
Expertise with MS Outlook, Coral Draw, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Incredibly organized, thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team worker.
Passionate about their work, selfdirected and takes initiative.
Fluency in Kiswahili and English is a MUST.
ECD Programme Coordinator
(1 Post - Nairobi)

Qualifications
At least a Bachelor’s degree in ECD from an accredited University or in a field related to community work and Education.
Minimum of 3 years experience in development work.
Previous similar experience in an ECD project and working in slum areas will be an added advantage.
Personal Skills
Strong organization reporting and writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a cooperative team oriented manner.
Must be computer literate.
Ability to ride a motorcycle will be an added advantage.
Fluency in Kiswahili and English is a MUST.
ECD Field Officer
(2 Posts–1 Nairobi and 1 Malindi)

Qualifications
At least a Bachelor’s degree in ECD from an accredited University or in a field related to community work and Education.
A minimum of 1 year experience in implementation of community education or social development programme.
Previous similar experience in an ECD project is an added advantage
Personal Skills
Proven experience in ECD Programs, community mobilization, planning and implementation skills is essential.
Ability to work independently.
Possess communication and writing skills.
Fluency in Kiswahili and English is a MUST and must be computer literate.
