Our Client, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Contact Center firm is looking for a Voice and Accent Trainer with a good Canadian accent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Improving communication skills of call center agents working on Canadian Outbound calls
- Delivery of soft skills and communication skills training
- Delivery of Voice and Accent neutralization training
- Developing and delivering training modules
- Amending and revising training programs appropriately, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
- Responsible for overall performance of trained batch
Candidate Profile
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- Willingness to work 24/7 and comfortable working in shifts
- Strong training ability
- Needs to have good Canadian/ American accent
- Mature personality
