Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years Post qualification experience
- Worked in a busy law firm in Nairobi under minimum supervision
- Area of practice intellectual property. However, experience in banking litigation will be added advantage
- Arbitration experience
- Litigation experience before the High Court, Court of Appeal, KIPI Tribunal and Registrar of Trade marks crucial
- Computer literate
- Well versed in business, finance and intellectual property matters
