I have been assigned some other responsibilities in charge of our Sales
& Marketing department but still overseeing H.R functions. This will
mean I shall be spending less time at the factory but still responsible
for H.R.
Consequently, we need an experienced person who will be on the ground to
implement the H.R strategy as we have developed.
The ideal candidate shall:
1. Be a degree holder in Social studies/ Business Admin
2. HND or Diploma in H.R
3. General experience in a manufacturing set up
4. Not less than 3-4 years experience
5. Experience in BSC implementation
6. Can design and implement strategies (Business/H.R)
7. Good in identifying and effecting trainings
8. Understands ISO (9001/14000)
9. Vast understanding of court/WIBA matters
