Qualifications and experience

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Building Economics holder from a recognized institution with three years experience
• Knowledge and proven experience in:
• interpreting Architectural and Engineering drawings
• Bill of Quantities preparations and tendering procedures
• Project reporting
• Project planning timelines
• Microsoft projects proficiency and fully computer literate
• Ambitious, honest, self motivated and able to work unsupervised
• Be well organized, team player, flexible and of supporting high work pressure loads
• Be below 35 years of age
