Monitoring and Evaluation Consultants

Our client, a Non Governmental Organization has an immediate urgency for Monitoring and Evaluation Consultants



The Position



Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:-



Ø Assess the impact and effectiveness of the activities implemented by the organization on target society

Ø Examine the objectivity verifiable indicators found in the approved proposal and provide current figures along with comprehensive report explaining the reasons for over/under achievement

Ø Evaluate the efficiency of the project in relation to beneficiaries, cost and timeframe of the project

Ø Draw conclusions, make recommendations and state lessons learnt for future strategy and improvements in implementation of the project





The Requirements



The ideal candidate should;



Ø Be of outmost honesty

Ø Prior experience in project monitoring and evaluation

Ø Very proficient in MS Office

Ø Degree in social sciences or related course

Ø Possess high quality interpersonal and communication skills.

Ø Demonstrate good report writer

Ø Excellent analytical skills.
