The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring that any money expended in the MSH Kenya office is done in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, MSH policies, and OMB A-122 cost principles.
S/he assures that all costs are reasonable and necessary for the completion of the office projects, donor requirement and MSH’s mission.

Program Associate, Network Administration & IT Support
He / She will provide technical assistance for the development, deployment and maintenance of ICT systems that will improve performance and connectivity to meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
This includes ensuring adequate ICT Infrastructure to facilitate efficient information flow and network linkages for the organization.
The incumbent will also provide specified IT related assistance to MoH programs and central management units.

Office & Operations Manager
The Office & Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technical efforts and field activities by coordinating programmatic information and providing logistical and management support to facilitate the implementation of MSH Kenya Project activities.
He / She oversees the office administration, facility management, transportation, dispatch system, and logistics of the MSH office and ensure that the operational and administrative functions adhere to standard MSH regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), good business practice.
Candidates will possess a minimum of undergraduate qualifications in accounting, business management or administration with at least three years relevant experience in a management role on a USAID funded program.
Thorough knowledge and proficiency of bookkeeping, procurement, QuickBooks and inventory management systems is required.
Upcoming Project Positions
MSH is seeking candidates for upcoming projects in Kenya.
The projects will work with the Government of Kenya and local implementing partners to expand the availability of quality, sustainable, HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis prevention, treatment, care and support, along with integrated reproductive health and family planning services.

The Project Director will serve as the Institutional Liaison and will be responsible for overall administrative oversight and supervision of the project.

A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in fields related to the successful implementation of this project.

Deputy Project Director (DPD) / Technical Director
The DPD will have responsibility of overseeing the technical management, monitoring and evaluation of key program interventions to support the Government of Kenya to maintain and strengthen the achievements of previous and current investments in the national health system.
A Master’s degree in public health or its equivalent, with demonstrated success managing USG funded programs in health systems strengthening, health care financing, capacity development, quality assurance, or performance management related to health care service delivery.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Director
The (M&E) Director is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a plan to monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and disseminate results of the Project activities and innovations.
He / she has the primary responsibility for identifying M&E needs, designing, maintaining data collection systems and ensuring that all necessary information, is collected, analyzed and used in guiding internal project planning and informing external stakeholders.
Applicants will possess at least a Masters degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in M&E on health and/or HIV/AIDS programs. Experience on PEPFAR-funded program desired.
Technical Advisor, HIV/AIDS
The incumbent is a key player in improving the technical service delivery of HIV/AIDS and developing the capacity of client organizations to design guidelines, policies and advocacy initiatives to support technical HIV/AIDS services.
S/he is responsible for strengthening the ability of service delivery organizations to improve and sustain high quality HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment services.
Applicants will possess a Public Health graduate degree; Medical Degree preferred with at least 5 years relevant experience.
He / She will demonstrate ability to transfer skills, supervise complex efforts for a multi-faceted project and possess substantive knowledge of current HIV/AIDS issues and challenges, including PEPFAR requirements.
Public - Private Sector Advisor
The Public - Private Sector Advisor has primary responsibility for achieving partnerships and increased capacity for the public and private sectors to work together to create an improved environment for the delivery of quality health services and products.
The advisor will work with MoH ministries and private sector stakeholders through practical, sustainable public-private sector partnerships for lasting improvement of health services to urban and rural populations and of benefit to both the public and the private sectors.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with NGOs, public and private sector organizations.
Qualifications in public health, international development, or a related field required.

Grants Manager
The Grants Manager is responsible for managing the contractor’s grants portfolio in accordance with USAID procedures.
The Grants Manager will participate in evaluating grant proposals and budgets and assist applicants in refining them.
Applicants will possess a graduate degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years substantial experience implementing USAID-supported projects.

The position is responsible for overseeing the finance management, administration, and accountability requirements of the project.

This position is responsible for providing systems analysis and project oversight to improve the quality, efficiency and sustainability of health program management systems.

Capacity Development Specialist
He / She is responsible for providing necessary capacity development to people through leadership and management skills enhancement and to organizations, by providing TA in HR, financial management, supply chain and governance training.
The specialist collaborates with the Technical Advisors in training support for non-governmental/private voluntary organizations, community based organizations, and faith based organizations which play an implementing role on the project.
Master’s degree in public health, management or related field. The Technical Advisor, OVC will provide support and technical assistance aimed at improving the lives of children and families affected by HIV and AIDS in Kenya.
The emphasis of the Technical Advisor, OVC is to mobilize and support community based responses that will improve the delivery of services to OVC and strengthen systems to ensure sustainable service delivery and protection of OVC.
