ICT Technical Assistant: Davis & Shirtliff Jobs in Kenya

A vacancy exists for an ICT Technical Assistant, the key job tasks being as follows:-

* Installation, configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN systems
* Computer hardware repairs and maintenance
* Participation in ICT infrastructure design
* Database management and routine data backups
* User support and training

The successful candidates should have the following attributes:-

* Not more than 35 years of age.
* Holder of relevant academic qualification and certification preferably, but not limited to, upper 2nd class honours in Computer Science
* At least three years hands on experience with LAN and WAN operations and Structured Cabling
* Knowledge of Cisco networking standards and hands on experience with configuration of Cisco routers and switches.
* Good knowledge of Citrix, Microsoft Windows Operating and Server Systems, Microsoft Office Applications and databases.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision.
