Facilitator Advert: Women's Empowerment Link (WEL) Jobs in Kenya

Women's Empowerment Link (WEL) is a non-governmental, non-profit making organization whose major role is to promote and uphold women and girls in society through advocating for opportunities that explore their potential.

WEL aims at addressing the linkage between poverty and gender inequalities that have hindered economic development for women through five thematic areas: Women Economic Empowerment; Access to Education; Reproductive Health and Rights; Sexual & Gender Based Violence and HIV/AIDS; Transformative leadership/ Governance.

We are therefore seeking qualified candidates for facilitator positions to conduct trainings with expertise in our areas of focus.

Knowledge, Skills and competencies:

• Posses a bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Be an expert in one of our thematic areas
• Enthusiastic, innovative and self motivated
• Excellent facilitation skills
