SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER.
This position is open to Tanzania Nationals Only.
We are looking for sales and marketing manager with new innovative ideas on how to market Electronic Fiscal Devices (EFD’s)
The EFD’s are new in the market and this position will require a person with the aggressiveness needed to enter a new market and to maintain a lead position on the competitors.
Creativity will be a must and the person will need to showcase his/her creativity in capturing the market.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Operational management of the sales department.
- Carry out customer research, evaluate market conditions and competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
- Oversee implementation, training and support of clients on use of EFD’s.
- Liase with TRA on product development and design.
- Reporting to Management on strategic product position.
Minimum Requirements:
o Degree in Sales and Marketing with a strong knowledge in ICT products.
o Over 3 Years experience in ICT Industry, 2 of which should be at senior managerial level
o Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
o Creativity and innovative in marketing strategies.
o Through understanding of EFD’s.
o Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
o Must have good analytical and decision making skills.
