Detailed Description

  • Track and Monitor crew movement, position and schedules to ensure availability of adequate crew complement.
  • Ensure the roster is run as close as possible to the published roster to maintain requirements of Fleet Agreements and Regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate flight and other related information to crew and family and any other authorized parties at base and out of base in order to improve efficiency in information management.
  • Monitor closely crew check-in/check-out times to ensure flights operate on time and to enable the alerting of SBY crew in good time to minimize delay.
  • Prepare and advice the crew movement to ensure (prompt) pick-up and drop-off of crew with on time operations delay, and that they are paid the upkeep allowances out of station. (to agreed customer service levels).
Job Requirements
  • DCA Regulations covering crew duty and rest periods.
  • Good command of Ms Office applications
  • Trained user of AIMS and SITATEX.
  • Diploma in Statistics or related field, or at least 5 years relevant field.
  • Minimum “A” Level.
