EFD SUPPORT TECHNICIAN.
This position is open to Tanzania Nationals Only.
Responsibilities.
· Training users and providing support of the EFD’s.
· Installation and configuring of the EFD’s.
· Diagnose ESD’s malfunctions to Electrical levels.
· Administering Windows Server.
· Trouble shoot networks/ IP addresses.
· Respond to Sales queries.
· To ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Having weekly reports and documentation of scheduled activities.
· Following on potential and existing clients and closing sales deals.
Minimal Requirements:
· Degree in Computer & Networking/ Electrical Engineering.
· 2-3 Years experience in computer and electrical equipment maintenance.
· Familiar with Windows Servers.
· A self starter with innovative skills.
· Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
