Credit Control Manager: New KCC Jobs in Kenya

The New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Limited is one of the leading Dairy Companies in the country re-known for its world class brands that include KCC Butter, Ghee, Cheese, Gold Crown, Safariland Powder and Mala among others.

We wish to recruit dynamic and result driven professionals to fill the position of:- Credit Control Manager

Reporting to the Chief Accountant. The overall purpose is to manage customer’s accounts to ensure effective interface between sales and payment realization.

The Credit Control Manager will be responsible for:-
  • Ensuring strict adherence to company credit policy.
  • Ensuring timely processing of customer monthly statements.
  • Liaising with all Depot Accountants to ensure proper management of salesmen and agents account.
  • Overseeing reconciliation of trade customer accounts and salesmen accounts.
  • Providing guidance to the sales debt collection team.
  • Resolving all matters arising from and or connected to credit trade.
The candidate

The right candidate must possess the following:-
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Finance/Accounting Option) or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Must be CPA (K)
  • Must have at least 5 to 6 years experience in a similar position in a busy environment.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have a valid driving licence.
Essential Skills
  • Should be a person of high integrity.
  • Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to work under pressure.
