Shared Service Manager- 5 Star Hotel Chain

Our client now seeks an ambitious and dynamic person for the position of a Shared Services Manager.

Candidates who meet the requirements as stated below, will be considered.

 Minimum Qualification:
   1. Possession of an Accounting qualification
   2. An MBA is an Added advantage
   3. Certified training in Hotel Accounting Systems and Property management Systems
   4. Experience with Sun Accounting System is preferable
   5. Knowledge of Fidelio, Macros and Fiscal Planning and statutory compliance

 Desired Skills and Qualifications

   1. Working capital management
   2. Budgeting and forecasting
   3. Financial acumen and strong with numbers
   4. Timely comprehensive reporting
   5. Analytical ability
   6. Strong computer skills

 Minimum working experience: At least 5 years in a similar position in the Hotel Industry

 Personal Traits:

   1. Self Motivated
   2. Assertive
   3. A team player
   4. Pleasant, warm ,energetic and determined
   5. High level of integrity
   6. Excellent interpersonal skills

 Age: 35 years and above
