A dynamic and fast growing ISO22000 certified food manufacturing company is urgently looking to recruit highly competent, proactive and self-driven persons to fill the following positions;
Driver
Applicants must hold a clean driving license and a minimum of 5 years of defensive driving experience. Must have experience in driving commercial vehicles.
HR Clerk
You will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive hr database, the company payroll, the HR filing system, all correspondence for recruitment for new personnel, medical records for all employees, annual leave calendar for all the employees, records for absenteeism, sick and maternity leaves, the company hierarchy chart, job descriptions for every position in the company, electronic archiving of all HR records, handle any employee grievances, arranging for the induction for new recruits, set up new bank accounts for new employees, Training coordination and any other clerical duties associated with human resources
Qualifications;
A bachelors degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences with a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management
Computer literate
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly paced environment and highly proactive
Analytical and with an eye for details
Min 2 years experience in a similar capacity
A good understanding and knowledge of Kenyan labor laws
High integrity and self discipline
Accounts Assistants
You will be responsible for Preparing the Profit /loss Account & Trial Balance, Preparing the petty cashbook, Daily posting customer invoices, credit notes and purchase invoices /credit notes, Posting all payments made to Suppliers and all receipts from Customers, Suppliers and Customers monthly reconciliation, Preparing customers statements on a monthly basis (at the end of the month), filing of documents and any other clerical duties related to accounts.
Qualifications;
Have a degree in the accounting field/any other degree with CPA/ACCA qualifications
Computer literate
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical and with an eye for details
High integrity and self discipline
