Adminstration Officer- Housing & Utilities

 An international Christian NGO seeks suitably qualified applicants for the position of Administration Officer- Housing & Utilities.

Purpose of Position: To provide administrative support to the staff and hosted units that ensures efficient and effective running of the office.

 Major Responsibilities

·         In liaison with the Administration Manager, facilitate the relocation of staff (incoming and outgoing) by scheduling events in line with identification of housing, security checks and reinforcement to meet the organizations’ standards, utility transfers, refurbishment at end of lease and shipping logistics.

·         Oversee the administration of facilities rented by the organization, servicing all utilities and house rents.

·         Follow up on the procurement of goods and services mainly to facilitate repairs and refurbishment of rented houses.

   Knowledge, Skills and Experience

·         At least a Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

·         At least 5 years experience in administration support with exposure to travel, procurement, accommodation, contracts, immigration procedures and embassy regulations

·         Good planning and organizational skills and efficient work methods

·         Ability to communicate within a cross-cultural environment essential.
