Assistant Human Resource Manager

Applications are invited from qualified candidates to fill the position of Assistant Human Resource Manager in a leading resort in Diani

Selected candidate will assist the Human Resource Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities of the establishment to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Must have a sound knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and have at least 3-5 years in human resources, in a management role.
