We are recruiting for a Marketing and Sales Team Leader.
Purpose/role of the job
The Sales Team Leader position is responsible for Marketing our services and products as well as
leading a team in growing sales revenues. The team leader will also have individual sales targets to
meet.
Reporting
This position will report to the Project Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Formulate and execute a marketing and sales strategy
Come up with creative ways of marketing, branding and PR
Lead and motivate a sales team
Grow sales revenues
Meet personal sales target
Meet team sales target
Organise and attend client pitches
Maintain client loyalty
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
At least a diploma in a business related course. A degree will be an added advantage.
One year selling experience
A good sales and marketing track record
Ability to lead a team
Sales skills
Marketing skills
PR and branding skills will be an added advantage
Negotiation skills
An innovative mind
Excellent Customer Service skills
Working Conditions
Visits to clients will be necessary
