Do you have the following credentials?
- A Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience on high and low voltage systems, power generation, transmission, distribution & installation
- Compiling of business compliance checklist for all legislation on electrical standards.
- Participate in Manufacturing Strategy Development
- Preparation of technical reports to ERC & KP&LC
- Managing of power generation mix and facilities
- Implementing of SHEQ recommendations on Electrical Safety
- Supporting installation of new processes and machinery within the business

Do you have the following credentials?
- A Degree in Law or Bachelor of Arts – Public Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in a busy legal office.
- Formulate, implement and maintain administrative strategy and policies to meet the company requirements.
- Prepare contracts and other legal documents for the company, ensuring that the company meets its compliance obligations under the relevant law.
- Manage all claims, demand letters from 3rd party lawyers and correspondence from insurers, ensuring they are dealt with appropriately to ensure company position is not prejudiced.
- Manage company properties, their jurisdiction, property ownership documents and advice on payment of rates to the relevant bodies.

- A Degree in Botany, Genetics or Agronomy
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Plantation agricultural, agricultural research or Horticulture.
- Proficiency/ working knowledge in experimental design, biostatistics and report writing
- Developing and implementing plant breeding programmes to meet business objectives
- Innovations in agriculture through agronomic and breeding trials
- Providing agronomic/technical support to the production and logistics teams
- Coordinating agricultural sustainability initiatives
- Liaises with government research institutes and other collaborating institutions/agencies
- Preparation of technical reports
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Setting targets and supervising staff
