SALES REPRESENTANTIVE
Based in the industry of risk management and mitigation, security advisory service seeks to employ an individual to fill the position of Sales Representative.The Job Description is as below:

PURPOSE OF JOB:
To generate new sales leads and to provide comprehensive customer service and relationship management.

MAJOR DUTIES:
1. Sales and Marketing
• Work under the direction of the Sales Manager who has overall responsibility for marketing and selling our products.
• Respond to all queries and requests for assistance from customers.
• Generate new sales leads and follow up until completion. Maintain client relationship in the long term
• Identify new product lines through customer research.

2. Management of clients and sales
• Ensure total familiarity with the appointment system including regular and incidental variations.
• Ensure all interactions with clients are logged in the cloud based Client Resource Management System.
• All daily activities are to be recorded in the CRMS
• Monitor effectiveness of the CRMS and report any problems or variations required to the office.
• Report to Sales Manager all feedback from clients.
• Assist the office administrator in payment requests and in collection of payments where required.

3. Special requirements of the post
• An understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality.
• An ability to use own judgment, resourcefulness, common sense and local knowledge, to respond to customer’s enquiries and requests.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A willingness and ability to work as part of a large primary team.
• Excellent IT Skills.
• Additional tasking as reasonably directed General Manager.
• Must be well connected in the NGO sector.
• Must be extremely well presented and a mature sales manager who has had a minimum of four years experience in a senior sales position.
• Must own vehicle and valid driving license
• Excellent references essential

RENUMERATION:
An attractive remuneration will be offered to candidates who meet the requirements of this position who have a proven track record in attaining sales targets within their industry.

MINIMUM AGE:
30 years

EDUCATION:
Degree in related field.
