Principal Responsibilities
·Develop an integrated grants management system and establish criteria for grant review and award, ensuring transparency in the application-award process, that implementation and outcomes are in accordance with program objectives and CNFA’s and USAIDs grant making policies.
·Participate in review of grant applications and assess local organization’s technical and administrative capacity to execute the programs funded by the grants; ensure solicitations meet USAID requirements for solicitation of sub-grants.
·Ensure timely receipt of sub-grantee reports and working with sub-grantees to ensure ability to comply with requirements of sub-award.
·Monitor grant implementation and grantee performance, and ensure that procedures are established and complied with for grant development, worthiness, implementation, management, monitoring, evaluation and closing.
·Other duties as assigned. 
·Report to the Deputy Chief of Party.
Ideal Candidate
·BS degree or higher in business administration. 
·5 years of experience managing grants for USAID or other international donor-funded projects. 
·Excellent oral and written English and communications skills.

·Manage payment to staff and vendors, ensuring all records of transactions are maintained.
