Applicants should be holders of a master's degree in public administration or its equivalent from a recognized University.

In addition applicants should have six (6) years Administrative experience in various Administrative aspects, preferably in a University setting with high work volume and a shared customer focus service environment, three (3) years of which should be dealing with performance contracting, measurement and monitoring and strategic planning.

Applicants should be computer literate with knowledge, skills and hands -on experience in use and application of computer based platforms for management of performance contract and ISO 9001:2008 QMS.

In addition applicants should be self driven highly focused with energy and commitment to highest performance standards.

The successful candidate will have, the following duties and responsibilities: Help in drafting performance contracts for all levels, implementing a performance monitoring frame work and system across the University governance structure, serve as secretary to the University's performance contract steering committee, prepare quarterly performance reports, receive and consolidate individual performance contract reports from various University units, prepare annual performance contract reports, coordinating performance monitoring for performance evaluation, coordination of performance evaluation, maintaining performance contract database and reports among other duties.
